Outside of advocating for the right to health care, the Law Project provides free legal services to any low-income resident of Pennsylvania having difficulty accessing publicly funded health care, whose health care has been terminated or reduced, or who have been denied Medicare (or similar health care programming). Additionally, the Law Project helps eligible residents apply for Medicare, responds to issues of denial of service (i.e. for prescriptions), and anyone struggling with their health care costs.
