Accelerated Support Services for Older Adults is located in the Hill House Senior Services Center, and provides case management and support services for formerly incarcerated individuals that 60 years and older. Alcohol & Drug Abuse Services, Inc. (ADAS) offers a range of substance use services. ADAS offers outpatient, intensive outpatient, intervention, case management, prevention, and inpatient services. ADAS accepts Blue Cross, Medical Assistance, Medicare, Community Care Behavioral Health, and other major insurance companies. If an individual does not have insurance, costs are based on a sliding scale. Please note that ADAS offers outpatient services at multiple locations, but inpatient services are only offered at one location in McKean County.

Centre County Office of Aging
The Centre County Office of Aging provides services for seniors at six locations throughout the county. The services include: health insurance counseling for Medicare recipients, home delivered meals, investigations of abuse, neglect, exploitation or abandonment of older adults, long-term care services, nursing home transition services, and casework services. The Office also provides funding to outside organizations for personal care services, transportation, adult day services, and legal assistance for those who qualify.

CenClear provides mental health, psychiatric, and drug and alcohol recovery services through case management, group and individual therapy, behavioral health clinics, and medication assisted treatment for those battling addiction. The main location is in Clearfield County, and they have sites in Blair, Jefferson, Clarion, Centre, and Elk Counties. Please note that the Clarion County location only offers drug and alcohol abuse treatment services.

Clarion Area Agency on Aging
Clarion Area Agency on Aging offers a wide range of programs and cooperates with many community agencies to provide a comprehensive network of services. The Farmer’s Market Nutrition Program provides eligible participants with $20 worth of vouchers to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables at farmer’s markets. Additional programs include individual case management; transportation; prime time health classes; community education; home cooked meals; legal assistance; and in-home supportive care and services. The Agency has four Senior Centers located throughout Clarion County. The centers offer lunch, and a variety of recreational, social and educational opportunities. Participants enjoy programs, trips and entertainment along with varied evening activities. The Scranton Counseling Center (SCC) provides a range of services for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health conditions. A collaborative group of over 50 organizations, the Lancaster County Re-Entry Management Organization (RMO) provides a way for the many groups that work with returning citizens in Lancaster County to leverage their resources in a way that provides community alternatives to incarceration. This organization does not directly provide services, but can help one identify resources in the following areas: drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment, foundation skills assessment; emergency/transitional housing, case management, and legal advocacy.

Spanish American Civic Association (SACA)
The Spanish American Civic Association (SACA) offers extensive drug and alcohol services (both inpatient and outpatient), counseling services, HIV/AIDS services. At the Tec Centro, individuals are provided with services to remove any barriers that may inhibit career advancement by offering adults education completion, job readiness workshops, employment services, case management, bilingual training, and multiple career pathways. Among these career pathways are: CNA medical receptionist, medical billing, dental assisting, business and hospitality, construction, manufacturing, and general office (clerical). SACA also has a senior center which offers meals, various activities, and case management services (including housing placement and medical management) to individuals over 60. Transitional Living Center (TLC)
TLC, a program of Tabor Community Services, helps individuals, couples and families experiencing homelessness to achieve their housing stability and self-sufficiency goals. The TLC program receives referrals from the Lancaster County Re-entry Management Organization (RMO) to help find returning citizens housing. TLC provides short-term, interim housing and case management for singles and couples.

Potter County Human Services Drug and Alcohol Program
The Potter County Drug and Alcohol Program provides a variety of services, including drug and alcohol assessments; prevention education; assistance in accessing drug and alcohol or mental health counseling; and obtaining or coordinating medical treatment. The Case Management Specialist meets with clients Monday-Friday from 8AM-4:30PM. All clients receive a level of care assessment to determine which type of service is appropriate.
