YSRP is pleased to announce the launch of the JLWOP Reentry Navigator. This site will continue to evolve over time, as we work to further develop a comprehensive list of resources across all 67 counties.

Please note: This form is designed to provide a personalized list of resources to returning juvenile lifers based on individual needs and the county to which one is returning. The results of this questionnaire will not be shared and will remain completely anonymous. Questions regarding the current use of the tool should be directed to pajlwop@ysrp.org.
